Canon’s 50 Megapixel CMOS Sensor

PhotographyBLOG writes: Canon has designed a new CMOS sensor for use in a surveillance camera that has no less than 50 megapixels. Even more interesting, the 50mp sensor is exactly the same size as those used in some of their DSLR cameras.
